Core Values

1. Put Racing First

Strength and conditioning is one of the best tools you can use to have success in motocross, however, we know that the most important thing is your skill on a bike.  If our strength and conditioning program is negatively affecting your ability to train at the track we've missed the big picture.  Our programs are designed to give you the least amount of work to get you the maximum amount of results, so that we can ensure that you aren't overtraining.  No fluff work here, period.

2. Know the "Why"

If we don't know why and how an exercise is useful to you as a rider, it's not going in our program.  We don't know it all, but if we believe something is important we seek to research it tirelessly until we trust ourselves to incorporate it into our programs. We want to know the ins and outs of our training system so that when you have questions we can always answer them with certainty.

3. Innovate and overDeliver

We strive to constantly improve and perfect our approach to bring the most effective training to you, the rider.  We will not accept what is considered the norm, just to appease other riders and coaches in the industry.  We aim to create new standards and deliver the highest quality service that we can to each and every rider using our methods.

4. Keep it Simple, No BS

We're not here to bring you crazy workouts with a hundred different burpee variations and ridiculous amounts volume.  We're here to bring you one thing and that's results.  The information and programs we provide work and have been battle tested through years of research and application. If it doesn't make you better, it will never be in one of our programs and we stand by that.  Keep it simple and do it often.

5. Intention is everything

It's not enough to go through the motions in training and hope to elevate to new levels.  You need to attack each training session with the intent to force your body to give you the results you deserve.  Our goal is to convey this to our clients and create a new breed of savages within the motocross community, ones who realize their potential through diligence, consistency, and hard work. It 's time to set a new standard.
